Current Goal

Kokopelli would like to go to Alaska. He has a very special friend, Lady Lynn, who is going to be in Alaska in August of 2002 and he would like to meet her there. He's not exactly sure where she'll be but he figures as long as he's in the area he'll find her. So for now, he just wants to head off toward Seward's Folly, enjoying seeing much of America on his way there. No hurry, after all, he doesn't have to be there until August. He will be very appreciative of any help you can give him on his northwestern journey.

    Unfortunately, Kokopelli did not make his original target of Alaska by 2002. The Dept of Justice has just approved his passport application and he is about to jet off to the far reaches of the planet. He has no idea exactly where he'll end up but he is packing his sunglasses, surf board and some kangaroo repellant and is headed south west.

    We dropped this bug off in Rhode Island August 4th while on vacation and had not been able to log it while away. Left it in FIELD AND STREAM - GCK9GK.

    Wow! This poor fellow has been stuck in New England for too long. Fortunately we snagged him while we were traveling in the area. Picked him up at waypoint GCK9GK. Not sure exactly how he got there, but we have him now. We will certainly get him farther West then he's ever been so far, but Alaska is still going to be a distance away. He's now in the mid-Atlantic states, and I may be able to get him even farther West in the next few weeks depending on where my work takes me! Perhaps his luck is changing?!?

    Found this liitle dude today at LEAVES OF THREE in the Kings Park area of LI, NY. Will move along soon although I have no plans to go to Alaska anytime soon....
