Current GOAL: My goal is to morph into different object as I travel about from cache to cache. This TB wants to Travel and not just be discovered. Please help it move around the world! This Travel Bug is presently in a mileage race with four other travel bugs belonging by my family members. Please Move It and Help Me Win! Thank You!

About This Item

The Changeling

This is a different kind of travel bug. This is a MORPHING travel bug. People who grab this TB Dog Tag are encouraged to change the item to which the TB dog tags are attached and to post a photo or description of what the new item is. You can either keep the TB item you removed or use it as a typical trade item. Changing the item is certainly NOT mandatory! If you don't have anything handy to swap out, no problem, just move it along like a typical bug. The original item will start off as “Sunny” A Parakeet Figurine. Log in to read about its travels and see the pictures as it morphs. I look forward to seeing what it turns in to!

Took this while on our way back to our hotel after visiting Amish Country and eating at the Der Dutchman. Perfect time to find it as the store was closed and nobody was around. Taking it to a new state that it has not visited yet...West Virginia. Not sure what it might morph into yet...maybe a coal miner....a mountaineer...we will see. Kind of looks similar to an octopus right now with braids.

The TB has morphed! We left it in "The Real Thing" cache. A perfect place as the new TB is a "real thing" as well. The question for the TB's current state is: What the heck is that? You can see the TB's old (on the left) and new (on the right). Any guesses what it is now?
