TB Sunny Bear

After having fulfilled my dream and won the race (see below) I want to thank all of you who allowed this dream come true letting me travel with you for more than 58.000 km over the last 7 years. But now, I really miss my owner so please take me back home, to Portugal and be kind to post some pictures of this journey.

Previous Mission: "My friend, Sunny Bear, needs your help to realize his dream. He is a polar bear that hates the cold so he aims to live in a beautiful and hot weather beach. His goal is to reach Hawaii but his journey is a part of a race with other two TB’s (Pinguim Voador - http://www.geocaching.com/track/details.aspx?id=1728668 and Vale do Vouga Railway Memory - http://www.geocaching.com/track/details.aspx?id=1728741) to see who gets to its final destination first and also who travels more miles each month so please don’t keep me for too long. Along the way please be kind to post some pictures of the beautiful beaches that he goes by. Don’t forget, he’s in a hurry to live lying down with the sun on his face."

Picked up and he is now safely with us here in Oregon. His stated goal is to go to Portugal which a location we are traveling to in the Spring. He is heading back your way!!

Was in Lisbon but timing made it difficult to drop off. He ended up in Barcelona, Spain on May 12. So far the Olivia Balmes Travelbug Hotel has not been activated but the management is aware of the geocache.

Found Sunny Bear at Kitten Kaboodle on the Big Island of Hawaii. I will take a few pictures of Sunny Bear on the beach and around Hawaii for you and then put him in another geocache. Hopefully he will enjoy his stay here and then find his way back to Portugal!
