Current Goal

We would love to see our Green Bear Travel Bug travel ANYWHERE that is environmentally friendly and/or natural. These places COULD be: National Forests/Parks, Hydroelectric plants, Wind Power Farms, State Parks, Land Preserves, etc. We will let your imagination take our little Green Bear where he needs to go! Pictures of him at these locations are essential for us fullfilling his mission.

The "Green" Bear

The Green Bear Travel Bug was sent out by a 5th grade class at Myers Corners Elementary School in Wappingers Falls, New York (Room 218). We are in a friendly Travel Bug competition with two other 5th grade classes in our school. The winning class will be the one whose Travel Bug travels the farthest and has received the most pictures from locations in the country/world that were listed in the goal/mission. Thanks for helping us!

). Nice O-hanami party! So many people and so much good food. The cherrry blossoms were in full bloom and, when the wind blew, the petals fluttered all around like snow!
