Random Acts of Kindness

When you retrieve this travel bug, you agree to do something that will bring a smile to someone's face, or make them feel good. The "someone" could be known to you, or a perfect stranger. Be creative and then post what you did. It can be something simple... call someone that you haven't spoken to in a while; hold the door for someone; let another driver out on the road; don't tailgate; ask a handicapped person if you could assist them; mow the yard of an elderly neighbor. It doesn't have to be anything big or difficult, just something to make another person feel good. Who knows, it will probably make you feel good as well!

I am a big fan of the Pay It Forward theory. Sometimes, it may feel like it doesn't work, and people may walk all over you, but I guarantee that if you do something for a starnger or anyone in need for no other reason than out of the goodness of your heart...great things can happen!
I try to do little things every day, but the oddest Act of Kindness I ever did was drive a friend and her aunts mother-in-law and dog to Manhattan for doggie chemo! Yes-I live in New York, but Manhattan is an 8 hour drive!

What a wonderful idea... I have taken care of a neighbor's lawn..I have helped an elderly woman into a store and all before getting the bug!! We all can be more kind!!

took this bug and have replaced it already, after replaceing it in Oh Deer! I was stoped by an older person who needed directions and I was able to help her out....It works!!!!
