Picked up today from the Hickory Flat Travel Bug Hotel. The bug was a bit damp and dirty, so I'll get it cleaned up with a new mission tag and baggie and send it on its way soon.

My husband and I LOVE springs, this has got to be the "cutest" travel bug ever! What would life be without springs, anyway? Springs are very underappreciated, I think we should at least have a national spring appreciation day. Can you imagine how many things in our lives would not function if it weren't for springs??? And springs store energy, right? So they could be the ultimate answer to the energy shortage---I think you're on to something here!

I'll let him SPRING loose in an Atlanta cache very soon!

  • Spring loved the famous Silver Comet Trail! Georgia's Silver Comet Trail, the only 100+ mile paved multi-use trail in the world, joining with Alabama's Chief Ladiga trail.
