1)Visit any cache with "Pixar" in it's name.
2)Meet up with Eve (TB2AWNW) in the same cache (wherever that may be) simultaneously.Wall.E would like his picture taken with Eve with the geocacher and posted for all to see (here). Please notify the owner if you are the lucky one that paired these two TBs.
3)Once Wall.E meets Eve, his mission is complete and would like to be returned to his home cache - Planet Wall.E.
