Current Goal

This TB wants to visit the largest caches around. It will require a pretty sizable cache to fit it. The extreme NE and NW United States are particularly desirous. Photographs are always a plus!

About This Item

The 2009 Burnin' Hunka' Steel was originally machined from scrap steel to calibrate coating thickness instruments in the Metrology lab where I worked at Getrag in Newton, NC. This hunk of steel should make for one of the more unusual travel bugs and I'm looking forward to hearing of its travels.
