This one is only slightly evil. It's evilness probably stems more from the series where the cache hider tries to stick tiny micros in big places which is never easy to do. Making caches harder than they have to be, I call that evil.

Well besides the thought that Ekitt10 thinks the clown is evil, and most clowns are kind of creepy anyway, I have nothing but seething disgust for the land owners. They don't have the community's best interests in mind and really are a bunch of narcissistic politicians who want a "legacy" (good or bad) of a monument to validate their pathetic existence. This is the very definition of an evil micro cache. Blatant misdirection, Soft coordinates (I firmly believe PURPOSELY soft) on a hide that was already a bit tricky and well camo'ed to boot. Fire n' Air at their downright evilest. There's no way this was going to avoid an Evil Micro visit.. and they knew it too!

Evil is in the subject of the beholder. In this case, the camo is so natural and so carefully blended, that yeah, from a finding perspective... This is pretty evil.
