The only thing that we found was a buzz light year doll, but it didn't have any dog tag on it. If that is "bad andy" then it was there, otherwise it's missing. Sorry.

There was a Buzz Lightyear Action Figure in "A Place to Grow" with the name Andy stenciled on the bottom of his foot. If this is Andy his dogtag has been removed. Because there was not dogtag I left since I have no way of logging him.

Since Andy was tired of waiting for the snow to melt so he could go to a cache in the Colorado Rockies, I dropped him off while visiting Iowa.
