The starting cast

Snookered a little red ball with arms legs and a not so happy face, somewhat troubled and puzzled. Under Par TB a hypochondriac golf ball with a thermometer in his mouth who always feels under the weather Puss in boots, a Irish relation to the cat in Shrek2, hates any type of ball. Shrek, a gay green camp dried up film star, Donkey, always complaining that he has never won a donkey derby. Driver, will do anything for a screw, wet whipes limp and soft

The story starts….

Once upon a time in a little corner of the North East of England there was a large cache released for the world to view. The owner not knowing it had within the cache created a little microclimate with the little critters inside it coming to life.

After twelve long months travelling the country with no one knowing the magical powers of the little characters, they were placed in a house of fun. At first they were full of eager anticipation. What would happen? What fun would they have? Snookered was sure that it would hurt and not be fun. Under Par hoped that he would be well enough to enjoy what was to come.
Puss-in-Boots, ignoring the miseries in the corner, said to Shrek, “Begorrah! Bejabers! I can’t wait for the fun to begin.”
Shrek nodded and dreamed of days of glory when even Kenneth Williams asked him for advice.
“That’s it,” said Driver. “I’m off. Coming, Donkey? I noticed that the local pub sells screwdrivers.”
“O.k.,” said Donkey and the pair of them carefully lifted the lid and crept off into the night. Unfortunately they didn’t replace the lid carefully and in the depths of winter a gust of wind was felt and into the box climbed a man in oil stained overalls, hot and bothered and out of breath.
“Who are you?” the others asked.
“I’m Tom,” he replied. “I lost my engine when it ran away. Has it come this way?”
