About This Item

I was a Boom Oprerator on KC97 Tanker Aircraft out of dow Air Force Base in Bangor Maine in the 50's. I always loved my job and aircrew. I didn't think about the 15,000 gallons of jet fuel I was sitting next to in the air and the "what if" senario. I guess I was young and foolish, but I did love my time in the Military. Please pass this on to another cache as I am sure it loves to "fly" as much as I did. If you REALLY LOVE IT, keep it, but let me know where it is. Please don't froget to log the grab 'n drop.
