About This Item

After being in hiding so as not to get eaten by someone on vacation, we hid him here in hopes that someone will pick him up and remove him from danger. He hopes to never see the ocean again or a hungry tourist. Good luck Pinchers

Update 6/13/09 I am getting older and need to settle down could someone help me get home to Maine. I am home sick and would love to see my family : ( Thank you

    Seinem derzeitigen Ziel (so weit als moeglich von Maine wegzukommen) brachten wir den kleinen racker gut 3.000 km weit von den Canaren nach Deutschland, wo wir ihn dann unabsichtlich einer Gefahr aussetzten: Er traf auf "TB Maine Chickadee Plate".
    Als Rettungsversuch tauschten wir die beiden einfach aus :-)

    Wir plazierten ihn im 'Altrheinpfad' wo er sich sicherlich wohlfuehlt, da er kaum mehr als vier Meter vom Wasser des Rheins entfernt liegt. Ausserdem gibbet da keine Touristen, die durchs Unterholz schleichen.

    English:

    Due to its current goal we moved it almost 2.000 Miles farther from Maine (State). But finally we accidentally endangered him here in good old Germany by meeting "TB Maine Chickadee Plate".
    We saved Pinchers from Maine by exchanging him against TB Maine Chickadee-Plate.

    We dropped it off in Altrheinpfad which is quite comfortable for a Lobster. The water of the Rhine being only 5 yds. away and no tourists wandering through the thicket...

    Hi,

    We grabbed pichers from the Pico-Colorado Stash. A nice Cache site nearby four volcanoes with a great view to the sea. In order to fullfill its task to get as far from Maine as possible we moved it now to Germany which is far from Maine and far from the sea. We'll look for a cache that is far from tourists as well to drop it off.

    Took Pinchers back on the road-at long last you may say,but you know how things are with work commitments etc etc.
    He is currently sleeping a long weekend off in the new cache located in the village of knock,co. clare-"The Pogues Broad Majestic Shannon".
    His new home is no great distance from Shannon airport,so travel possibilities are boundless.In fact you could say,the world is his oyster!

    pinchers is currently hidding in the abercorn bar,derry city,ireland,where he will remain until someone calls here for him or until such time as i find another cache.
    in the meantime he is sinking pints of stout like theres no tomorrow!
