Travel cache to cache via the wilderness trails. I especially like the winter caches, but you've got to keep training through the summer time, too. Dog Sled, ski, snowshoe, snowmobile, hike, bike, or ATV those trails from cache to cache.
Alaskan Sled Dogs are still used as a form of transportation during Alaskan winters in many remote areas. However, these days the "Iron Dogs" have replaced the Sled Dogs for the most part. The popularity of Dog Sled racing is on the increase and continues to keep this tradition alive and well.
I'd just love to ride the Iditarod Trail by Dog Sled someday, but I'll take all the trail borne adventures I can get. So please log me out of the cache you found me in as soon as possible. Discoveries are welcome. Feel free to "dip" me into multiple caches along the trail. Drop me off and log me into a new cache soon so another team can pick me up. But whatever you do, don't keep me kenneled up for very long. I was born to be out there on the trail!
