About This Item

This TB has been attached to my keys as well as my notebook and car. I am not going to "plant" this travel bug, however use it to track where I have been cache by cache!!! Therefore the mission of this particular bug is exactly that... tracking myself!!!

Second of three caches for the trip. This was set up in a fairly new state park. Really cool area actually. Met some great people, took a few photos for a gentlemen that was writing a magazine article about the journey between Butte on through Anaconda and surrounding areas... Michael... can't remember his name. But he is a free-lance author and has been published in several various magazines.

Of course dad told him several stories about the area, shared his memories of areas from his visits to Montana as a child. I can't be sure what exactly was said but the author at one point said that he would be writing about the conversation and information in the article... cause it was "good stuff." But for a dad like mine, he always has plenty to share.

First of merely three caches found on a short two-day get away to Fairmont Hot Springs Resort. Mom had meetings down in this area, so dad and I tagged along for the fun.

Lots of swimming was done in these two days... but just like any now... it would be no vacation without finding at least one geocache so as mom attended her meetings... dad and I nabbed a couple of caches.

My 336th cache... quickly approaching the 18,000 mile mark on my travel bug!!!
