First in a short series of Dollar Store TB items.
I am not cheap, I’m frugal. Not that there is anything wrong with cheap, mind you.
In the U.S. we have a class of stores where everything costs $1. In between shopping at Buy-One-Get-One-Free sales (BOGOF in the parlance of cheapskates), eating from the dollar menu at fast food establishments, and searching couches for lost pocket change, I often find myself browsing the aisles of the local dollar store. So many bargains for the household, so much SWAG for stocking caches!
As I move around from cache to cache, feel free to log your tricks and stories for stretching a buck, getting a bargain, finding the best value, or just plain being cheap! Oh, and a photo of me at your favorite bargain spot would be nice.
