Im-ho-tep

Having once been a high priest, I was buried alive and locked away in the darkness of a sealed tomb for 3700 years. After the seal broke open and I had been free for a while, I discovered geocaching! (For some reason it appealed to me...who'd have thunk it!) The best part for me is knowing that you geocachers aren't going to seal me up in a box and LEAVE me there for 3700 years. I like the box (it is familiar), but I love the escaping and moving! Thanks for finding me...but, please place me in another cache as soon as possible...so I can escape and move again!

Picked up Imhotep and took him with us to visit several other caches before dropping him off at GRIZZ3.

  • Imhotep released and meeting new friend The Rock I've been holding The Rock for much too long and the wife and I decided to take a couple of days of geocaching to release him (finally). Picked up Imhotep at our first stop to take with us further.
  • Imhotep and The Rock near a micro Stopped at Pet Sematary and "the boys" wanted to stretch their legs. They are about fifty feet from the cache.
  • Imhotep visiting Panthers Rocks I took Imhotep to Pathers Rocks Coin Exchange cache, but he was ready to part company with me yet. He's sitting on top of the cache here.
  • friends saying goodbye This is at Grizz I, where we dropped off The Rock. Imhotep continued on with us.
  • Cannondahler Saying Goodbye Getting ready to place Imhotep in GRIZZ3, a remote and beautiful cache.
  • Imhotep climbing Imhotep climbing at Panthers Rocks, trying to give Cannondahler a heart attack! Get down from there!
