Front Side

The front of this coin features a relief map of Afghanistan done in 3d superimposed over a list of the 42 nations that have contributed to the International Security Assistance Force mission. The coin's edge has the moto of the ISAF, "Help and Cooperation", in English, French, Dutch, and Pashto, the official language of Afghanistan. The back of the coin has a Canadian Flag and the initials ISAF in the centre and the unofficial moto of the Support Our Troops movement around the edge: "If you don't stand behind our troops, feel free to stand in front of them".
