This was a very cool multi cache in Old Storybook Island. This area was devastated by the great flood of 72 that wiped away most of this area. Now there is a cool park and picnic area. Even Storybook Island is rebuilt and attracts thousands of visitors every season. For those of you who might not be from this area I will explain what Storybook Island is. It is a free family park that is operated by donations and is based upon childrens storybooks. A very cool place to take the kids. It is seasonal and open to the public from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. It is open during the Christmas season but only for Christmas light viewing. The storybook characters and playground equipment are all decorated with a beautiful light display. So bundle up and bring your hot chocolate!
