Current Goal

Axel Sapin lost the first leg of a contest with his brother, Jonas Sapin, that took place for one year until 30 September 2007. On that day, Axel was on the island of Lolland in Denmark, and Jonas is at the tip of Istria in Croatia. Starting 1st October 2007, their mission is to reach their point of departure, Geocache Obeliqs (GCR81P) in Switzerland. Axel Sapin was the winner in 2009, having then travelled 3726 km in Switzerland, Sweden and Denmark. After a long rest, and now as Barry the Rescue Dog, he is on the road again, starting in a cold (and cool) place in the North.

Axel Sapin must now travel from cache to cache in as many countries as possible, and have his picture taken at the caches. Maybe one day he will get back again to Geocache Obeliqs (GCR81P) near Lake Geneva.
