Found it! This poor puppy has been stuck in one spot for a long time. I don't think anyone has been able to get the cache open. I retrieved him and will replant him next week as I am taking a trip somewhere and would like to help him get moving again. Maybe he'd enjoy someplace warmer and a little farther south. Will log in at that time...
