My Favorite Cookie

This bug belongs to a 12 year-old young lady who likes to both eat and make cookies. Here's one of her favorites for both!

Pudding Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oleo (2 sticks)
1/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (12 oz.) real chocolate chips
1 c. cut nut meats

Cream sugars, butter. Add pudding, vanilla. Beat in 2 eggs. Add flour and rest of ingredients gradually. Beat well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375.

Bea’s Chocolate Chip Cookies

¾ cup Promise
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
2½ cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 taspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup mil chocolate chips

Cream Promise and sugars. Blend in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Add chips. Mix well. Teaspoon on to cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for about 9 minutes.
