Current Goal

I love water and I would like to visit as many geocaches near the sea as possible. I hope to visit lots of different oceans and seas around the world!  We would love to see pictures of Gary in his new homes! 

About This Item

Gary the Pelican is named for a real pelican who used to like to sit near the owner while she fished in Longboat Key, Florida, hoping to be hand-fed a tasty fish. Gary was very friendly, but he had a fishhook in his wing that prevented him from flying too far. Please help this new incarnation of Gary fly to lots of new caches near oceans around the world!

Unfortunately we didn't find Gary the Pelic (Roughly translate to Dutch: Gerrit de Pelikaan) in the Lijavec cache (maybe because someone else took him.

We wanted to take him to The Netherlands and give him a nice new home, but thats impossible when it's not there ;)

Gary must have had a good time in Frymburk Czech because his cache location was 5 meters near the lake, called the Lipno lake.
