E: A tribute to some good friends in Wilhelmshaven. If they see us walking around and watching behind every bush in Wilhelmshaven, we explained Geocaching to them. They were amazed about the idea and allways asked us about caches, last founds, etc. Last time they give us the lighthouse tower batch to use it as a travel bug. So, it will travel around and see the world and we like to send our best wishes to Wilhelmshaven. ... and it is allways a good idea to visit Wilhelmshaven - personal or via web. Some information about the lighthouse tower: The lighthouse "Arngast" was build on a sandbank in 1909/1910 to give an orientation in the bay "Jadebusen". Together with the lighthouse tower "Roter Sand" it is the most famous lighthouse tower along the german northsea coast. The Tower is still on duty and 1969 the light was completly automated. You can visit the tower via boat from Dangast or Wilhelmshaven
