    ROCHEPORT MISSOURI won't extradite! When LEO heard that he ran, as fast as he could, to a cache way out in the woods. He wants to cool his heels for a bit before sneaking out of Florida.

    Leo got caught by the Long Arm of the Law here in Florida. We'll be sending a teleltype to ROCHEPORT MISSOURI to see if they'll extradite. Good thing we caught him before he committed a new crime here in Florida.
