Our cousin LEO is now hiding out in the high chapparal overlooking San Diego's Lake Miramar. From this vantage point, on a clear day, he can see the hills of Tijuana and the Coronado Islands, all of which are in Mexico, which might be a good place for him to hide out from the sheriff. Or not? "Just send my maaaaaail....to the Tijuana jaaaaaail!"
