I sent a note to the last individual who had the "dog tag" in their possession. If I cannot get resolution, or do not hear from the owner of the TB and Cache, I will release another TB similar to the original.

We confirmed that the TB is not in the Presidential Guard as last noted on the Manassas Gap RR cache page. Seems this TB has disappeared.
