About This Item

Auf Rügen findet man diese Steine mit natürlichen Löchern am Strand. Traditionell heißen sie "Hühnergötter" und bringen demjenigen Glück, der durch das Loch schaut.

You can find these stones with naturally made holes on the island of Ruegen, Germany. Traditionally they are called "Huehnergott", which means "chicken-god". They provide good luck for the person who looks through the hole.

I grabbed this one from a cache in the middle of a salt marsh. I will try to move it real soon to another cache in North Carolina. I hope the stones bring me luck. -Dealhound
