Current Goal

PorkChop61YD's first TB -when you're sitting around the camp fire, beating the drums and just having a general ol pow-wow about all the interesting hides and finds you've come across, think about your favorite and log it here. If you've found Indabi, I like to hear your favorite caching story, especially those that involved a family hunt or hide.

Taking Indabi back to MA with me.

Our most recent caching story. While caching near my home in MA we found a TB hotel. We had no intention of taking any TBs at the time but in looking in the container we found Aloha Turtle. This bugs goal was to make it to Hawaii. Well by chance I happen to be going to HI on a business trip the following week. So Alaha Turtle came with me and is now nice and warm in Honolulu International TB Resort & Spa....Indabi is a little cold right now in MA. Its not used to this weather!!

I'll move Indabi along soon.

Since sillygirl is the drummer in our family, she had to take this bug. Right now it's hangin' with a pair of congas, will be back on the road soon.

I was on a business trip to the panhandle of Florida from Hawaii, and my sister and her son came down to visit from Montgomery, Alabama. It was a windy, grey weekend, so I decided to introduce them to geocaching (or hunting for treasure, as my nephew calls it). We hit 4 caches in 2 days, and they had a great time. Well, on Monday afternoon, I was logging my weekend's work, and I saw that someone had dropped off a TB in one of the caches I had just logged. So, what to do. Should I go to the gym, or should I drive out and grab the TB. I knew that I was heading back to Hawaii, so the little thing would travel far. So, I hopped in the car, grabbed the bug, and took it to Hawaii. My kids and I then had to drop it off after the soccer game at our local cache. The little pin went a long way. I hope it enjoys its time in the islands.
