jackolight piipahti Helsingin humussa, mutta myöhästyi yhden päivän: Eduskuntatalon ja Senaatintorin valoteoksia jo purettiin saapuessamme paikalle.
Joten eikun takaisin....Jyväskylässähän valoja riittää .... Tämä jackolightin toinen piilo muuten sijaitsee Jyväskylän ensimmäisellä joulukadulla. Ja vuosihan oli 1954.
jackolight made a quick trip to Helsinki, another LUCI City. Unfortunately we missed the Season of Light event by one day! The two installation at Senate Square and Parliament House were just taken down when we arrived. So back to the origin; there's still plenty to see in Jyväskylä! This cache is hidden on the very first (1954) xmas-street in Jyväskylä: the first xmas-decoration and lights; big stars hanging above the street.

  • Jyväskylä Lyseo Lyceum The Trilogy of Light, designed by the lighting designer Jukka Korpihete uses the façade of Jyväskylä Lyceum as its main stage, projecting video image and laser effects along with the façade lighting. The sound environment for the installation is produced with audio equipment placed along Asemakatu. Along the street environment an "audio alley" is created, leading to the Kompassi, the centrepoint of the pedestrian street.
