    I prefer to grind my own coffee beans! - usually medium or dark roast! Much better flavour! Try to use organic and/or fair trade when I can. Lately I've been drinking Kicking Horse Coffee which is out of Invermere, British Columbia. According to the legend...in the summer of 1858, James Hector set out to discover the Kicking Horse Valley. His expedition took him through some rugged country. During a river crossing, one of the pack horses kicked Hector so hard that others mistook him for dead. As they began to bury poor old James, they noticed his eye twitch. The legend says it was a stiff cup of Kicking Horse coffee that brought him back to life!

    Puppysagogo - I was down to Nova Scotia visiting my family - This was the first geo cashe for my family. My mom, dad, brother, sister in law, and neice all went out for the day. So I brought this one back to Ontario and will drop it off on our next geo outing.

    We left "a cup of coffee" in Halifax, because it's certailily a place where you get great coffee. City is also full of coffee drinkers with "coffee to go" in hand.
