Tell a short story about committing the terrible sin of anger. Nothing incredibly evil. An example may be to be irritated by that guy who left his blinker on for miles, and miles, and miles...
While travelling north through New Mexico I encountered a vortex where 7 deadly ducks emerged from the gates of hell (not Hell, the flaming sort, but the lowercase hell where all the mischevious critters live).
The only way to escape from these creatures is to tell a story about a specific sin you made. In this case the sin of anger.
Since this is little "h" hell, your sin can be pretty petty and small. Anything larger and the poor ducks tend to explode into flames. Leave the stronger sins to the big flaming ducks from the big "H".
Each deadly duck is tagged with its own special tracking number. See how far you can take it!

We picked up the little devil, hiding in the Another Brick in the Wall cache. He hissed and snapped at us, then demanded we curry his favor by telling a tale of what angers us. We could do nothing but obey.
What angers us most is people who don't give much information about where to park near a cache, or if there are special restrictions in an area, such as fees or permits. 😈

I got the anger duck. He is a funny little guy and I have been having some fun with him. What made me angry were logs on caches when people were never at the cache. I have gotten over it and do not focus on numbers anymore. It has been a twelve step program. I now just have fun with Geocaching and compete against myself with little personal goals.
I do get to travel some for my job. I may take him far away from Atlanta soon and compete with myself again trying to squeeze in as many caches as I can while on the road (sleep... I can do that when I get home!). The cool thing is seeing awesome places I would never have known about in the world if I had not followed my GPS there. 😁

The duck came to me unsuspecting, but how appropriate considering all the inconsiderate smokers who seem to always walk directly upwind of me. If I had a glass of water, I could've filled the duck and used it to squirt the cough fuming cough cigarettes hack cough before I was completely done in, but alas, I was too busy making mean faces at them behind their backs to remember that I did have a glass of water. (Now I just have to find a way to be rid of this duck before my cat decides jealousy trumps anger and takes a liking to the little guy.)

The good folks at the NPS were able to force Anger duck into an envelope to ship back to me. He's now hanging out in the Groundspeak offices until we take off for Louisiana next week. He was a bit miffed about being shipped in such a way but that's his general attitude anyway. 😉

Bam! I took this thing all the way to Holland, and then it came back to Washington. I found it again, and took it further into the wilds. Pretty cool to think how many miles this duck has traveled. Is it a record? Either way, I was none too happy to deal with this anger duck ... I decided to take him out west to the real wild ...
