Excalibur Silver


[da] Excalibur var Kong Arthurs legendarisk sværd, som nogen gange tillæges magiske evner eller forbindes med Englands retmæssige regent. Ordet Excalibur er oprindeligt udledt fra det latinske udtryk Ex calce liberatus, "frigjort fra stenen". Der var også en græsk oprindelse, Ex-Kylie-Pyr eller "ud af en kop - ild". Begge udtryk er gengivet på møntens forside. Det menes at Athur trak sværdet fri af stenen, og derved bekræftede sin retmæssige kongeværdighed. På bagsiden er et muligt våbenskjold for den legendariske kong Arthur. Rundt langs kanten er listen over de oprindelige 11 Riddere af det Runde Bord: Sir Lancelot, Sir Galahad, Sir Gawaine, Sir Gareth, Sir Bors, Sir Percivale, Sir Tristan, Sir Bedivere, Sir Lamorak, Sir Kay, Sir Geraint, og året 1300, hvor Arthur siges at have regeret.

[en] Excalibur was the legendary sword of King Arthur sometimes attributed with magical powers or associated with the rightful sovereignty of. Excalibur was originally derived from the Latin phrase Ex calce liberatus, "liberated from the stone."   There was also a Greek origin, Ex-Kylie-Pyr or "out of a cup—fire" both of which are inscribed on the front of the coin.  It is believed that Arthur pulled the sword from the stone confirming is rightful place as King.  On the back is one possible Coat of Arms of the legendary King Arthur. Around the side is listed the original 11 Knights of the Round Table: Sir Lancelot, Sir Galahad, Sir Gawaine, Sir Gareth, Sir Bors, Sir Percivale, Sir Tristan, Sir Bedivere, Sir Lamorak, Sir Kay, Sir Geraint and the year 1300 that Arthur was said to have reigned. 

[cz] Excalibur byl legendární mec Krále Arthura, který mel nekdy pricítán magické síly a který byl spojený s právoplatnou suverenitou. Excalibur puvodne pochází z latinského slova Ex calce liberatus, "osvobodil od kamene." Nebo také reckého puvodu, Ex-Kylie-Pyr nebo "mimo pohár-ohen", což jsou napsané na prední strane mince. Predpokládá se, že Arthur vytáhl mec z kamene o timto potvrdil svuji vládu jako král. Na zadní strane je zobrazen jeden z možných znakú legendárního Krále Arthura. Po strane jsou uvedena jména puvodních 11-ti Rytírú kulatého stolu: Sir Lancelot, Sir Galahad, Sir Gawaine, Sir Gareth, Sir Bors, Sir Percivale, Sir Tristan, Sir Bedivere, Sir Lamorak, Sir Kay, Sir Geraint a rok 1300, kdy Arthur údajne vládl.
