The owner has set this Trackable as missing - taken by individuals complaining about littering but go to the trouble of setting up an geochaching account to locate caches and remove them - Captain Planet (cheesy American cartoon) would be so proud !! Wished they would look at bigger picture here but would suggest if they are so dedicated to their cause they should complain to the police or better yet go to a local geocaching event and discuss their viewpoint direct.
