Hey, I thought I was rescuing this traveler from a long stay in the JP cache and didn't realize it had just been placed there by a cacher not writing in the cache log book. (But that is the way I do it too for TB drops to caches I already visited.) So now we have brought it back to Washington again when it probably should have continued south but we had no phone reception and no way of knowing.
Looks like this poor bug has had tons of fake cache visits but I guess that fits its goal of as many cache visits as possible. We will drop it off for a "real" cache visit soon.
