Left in celebration II on 3/27/06. Travel bug attached to Gluek beer bottle opener.

"In 1857 on the bank of the Mississippi River in an area later known as Minneapolis, German immigrant Gottlieb Gluek started the Mississippi Brewing Company. Soon the name was changed to the Gluek Brewing Company and by 1964 Gluek became Minneapolis's oldest continuously-operated business. But that same year, 1964, the Gluek family bowed to economic reality and the brewery was sold to the G. Heileman Brewing Company of LaCrosse, Wisconsin. The Gluek Brand "Family of Beers" was re-established in 1997 when the Cold Spring Brewing Company was bought and the name changed to Gluek Brewing Company."

    Whew! Our trackables collection went missing about 9 months ago. This one was really worrying me because it wasn't showing on the geocaching.com website as part of my inventory, and I couldn't notify anyone. We were still n00bs when we grabbed it from a cache in Dublin, CA on 25 October, 2009, and I logged it as "discovered", not "grabbed" or "retrieved". One of our mini-cachers "cleaned-up" our earlier trackables box, and this went missing as a result. The Boss found the box in the mini-cacher room this morning, and now this little guy can get set free again. Sorry it has been in captivity for so long. I'll release it ASAP.
