Current Goal

This Travel Bug is a work in progress. If you pick it up add something small to the chain and then pass it on. It's goal is to travel as far as it can in one year picking up items on the way. It would like to return to Golden Birthday Cache by September 10, 2004 in time for the owners 11th Birthday.

About This Item

This TB started out in Golden Birthday Cache to mark the celebration of the owners Golden 10th Birthday on September 10th, 2003. We tried to find the perfect thing to represent this bug, but never did find the one perfect thing. So we decided to let other geocachers build this bug. Please keep the items small so more can be added without the bug getting too large. It would be great if a picture of the bug can be posted from time to time so we can see how it is growing.

    This bug has completed it's initial journey. Starting on our youngest members 10th birthday and returning 2.5 years later. It was enjoyable to see what joy this bug brought when it returned. Such fun. Thanks to all that helped this bug during its travels.

    Hoping to get this closer, but this is the best we could do. On my way to the Hill City School today and figured if the rain held off I could make the dash down the Soo Line trail. The rain held off but that didn't mean it still wasn't a swamp! Had already been here, but previous poster said it had been moved.......ok, and me in work clothes!! We added a Mexican peso, as spending time in Mexico is one of the reasons we held on to this as long as we did. Hope you have had fun birthdays while this has been traveling, and that you will enjoy it when it finally gets to you. Congrats on a long traveling bug!
