I received this commemorative coin as many did at the delivery ceremony at the FedEx hub at Memphis International Airport on Saturday October 12, 2009. The Boeing 777F becomes the largest and longest range Freighter in the 650 –aircraft FedEx fleet. The first 777F aircraft delivered, N850FD has now a custom decal known as the Panda Express. This aircraft was used on February 4th to transport two giant pandas nonstop from the U.S. to Chengdu, China. FedEx now has four of its first thirty Boeing 777F on order.
