Here are some photos near where your coin was stashed. Benicia Community Park was only a few blocks from where my sister lives. So it was a great spot to hike around or just stroll around (like with my new baby niece!). Lots of activity areas for all ages. A great off leash dog area, skate park, ball fields, climbing structures, trails...conrete slide...and the ice cream man hangs out here too!

    • view of the "lake?" The so-called lake...which I think is really a reservoir...hhmmm. GUess there was a mountain lion sighting a week or so ago.
    • Benicia Community Park Super cool park with everythign you can imagine, trails, fields, climbingh structures, barking lizards...a sick skate park...
    • Concrete slide This slide was crazy! You sit on cardbaord and cruise down super fast. It was great fun to watch everyone's faces of fear and then flying off the bottom, ha! Definitely a highlight to this trip.

Poor guy, sitting for a year in this cache. Taking back to Ellensburg, WA with us and will move along soon.

    • overview of City of Ellensburg Here's a pic I took awhile back for another travel bug (as you noticed) of our town. Rodeo is BIG here. Come visit on Labor Day weekend and you'll understand. Located just to the right of the photo is Central Washington Univeristy's campus. In fact, fromt his view, you can see the lcoations of many many caches hidden...some within a few hundred yards even!
