Das Boot

The intention of the Memorial U-Boat Coin is to commemorate the dead of World War II. Several U-Boats made the voyage across the Atlantic and prowled the eastern seaboard of the United States. The U-352, for example, was sunk off the coast of Morehead City, North Carolina where this coin started its journey.
