Fire Salamander / Feuersalamander

In Europa herumzuziehen, die Geschichte meiner Familie zu erzählen und das Bewusstsein unserer Verantwortung für die Natur zu schärfen. Ich würde mich auch sehr über eine Foto mit dir freuen!

This metal fire salamander was crafted by students at the HTL Wels highschool. Its big brother with a total length of 5.6 m, originally made for the exibition "Fauna in Metall" in Bad Hall, can now be found at the Nationalpark Hotel Villa Sonnwend in Roßleithen, Austria (N 47°44.248' E 14°19.583'). Its main goal is to communicate our responsibility for nature.

We humans are the greatest threat to our fauna, and yet at the same time we are its greatest hope.

So treat the fire salamander right, do not hold on to it for too long, only place it in caches that are unlikely to get muggled and keep CITOing! Thanks, and have fun!

Dieser Feuersalamander wurde gefertigt von Schülern der HTL Wels. Sein großer Bruder mit einer Länge von 5.6 m, ursprünglich für die Austellung "Fauna in Metall" in Bad Hall entworfen, steht heute beim Nationalpark Hotel Villa Sonnwend in Roßleithen, Österreich (N 47°44.248' E 14°19.583'). Sein Hauptziel ist auf unsere Verantwortung gegenüber der Natur hinzuweisen.

Wir Menschen sind die größte Bedrohung der Tiere, gleichzeitig aber auch deren größte Hoffnung.

Deshalb gehe gut mit dem Feuersalmander um, behalte ihn nicht allzulange, plaziere ihn nur in Caches, die nicht so schnell gemuggelt werden und denke an CITO beim Cachen! Danke und viel Spaß!!
