Update: November 21, 2013: Hello friends. After a few years and many miles, I figured it was time for an update. Our original keychain was inadvertently lost (somewhere in the UK) and later replaced with a beautiful dragon fly. The picture is updated to reflect what it currently looks like, but the original image is still in the gallery. We're so impressed with the journey she's made so far and cannot wait to see all the new places she will go. Thank you all for making this wonderful for my, now 11 year old, daughter. She is sharing all of this with her 6th grade class this week and is very excited to tell her classmates all about a very special Girlie Girl that's traveling the globe.
This travel bug was purchased for my 7 year old daughter as a way to let her experience Geocaching in a new way. Girlie Girlz mission is to travel around the world and visit as many places and Girlie Girlz as possible along the way. My daughter is really excited to hear about the faraway adventures of her travel bug and to learn more about the people and cultures where her travel bug goes. Thank you all for helping my daughter to experience all of the joys of Geocaching and helping to show her the fun & safe side of cyberspace.
