Current Goal

My current mission is to travel Southeast Alaska's Inside Passage, then return to It's A Wonderful Life - A Memorial Cache for Dad  in Anchorage, AK to obtain a new mission. Please post pictures of the places I travel, so that my family can see where I've been.

Coho Squid

Coho Squid was placed in memory of our dad, who always wanted to travel Alaska's Inside Passage. This was one of the many things he planned to do in his life that he never go around to doing before he passed away. Coho Squid's missions will take him to the places that Dad always dreamed of going. Please post pictures of the places he travels so that we can see what Dad always wanted to see.

Made it to Orlando. This is a memorial park adjacent to Orlando Executive Airport on the east side of town. Well hang out in the area for awhile before going back towrd Lakeland this afternoon. Watch the airplanes and helicopters come and go.

It's early early morning is my cacher friend is on his work commute to Orlando. Making a quick stop for a TB pickup off of I4 exit for SR-33. Well looks like no one is there. Onward eastbound. Have left City of Lakeland and going through rural Polk County.

Whew. Did some edits to give this TB his 3000 plus miles of travel from Alaska. Who knows where between now and last log in September.

  • Florida Welcome Between the famously sunny climate, tremendous coastline, world’s largest cruise ship port, and a variety of amusement parks, it is no wonder that tourism is the largest part of the "Sunshine State’s" economy.
  • Florida Southern College This is the campus you were hiding out at. A private university with some amazing architectural displays located in central Lakeland. The campus is adjacent to the northern shore of Lake Hollingsworth.

17:00 EST - Welcome to Florida! Learning about your AK trip that went rogue apparently. I'll have pics and such soon to show you your TB status. Wow September with no track! Found item at GCJVM6. There were others that were unlisted as well at this cache.. Squid looks great on chain with TB tag and laminated hand-printed mission card. In a weathered ziplock with Geo info sheet.

  • Lakeland, FL Small city in west central Florida along Interstate-4 between Tampa & Orlando. Cache pick up was on the campus of Florida Southern University. Spring training home to Detroit Tigers baseball and host Sun n Fun air show annually.
