Still not in "Key to the City - Morro Bay" as of 8-Mar-2014 15:20L.
Based on the previous few logs, I'm inclined to agree with steben6's assessment - it is (or at least was) probably in the other cache mentioned without having been logged correctly. If so, it may suddenly reappear somewhere else when someone who understands trackables suddenly finds and logs it. So I wouldn't give up hope just yet. I hope I'm right and it turns up!

This TB was not in the Key to the City - Morro Bay cache today. It appears that the last person picked it up and moved it to another cache, but did not log it properly. Might want to contact them.
