To travel to and across America from it's origin in the North East of Scotland.

This wee green car wants to go across America and have it's picture taken with the Atlantic Ocean and the Pacific Ocean as it travels across America. But wouldn't mind having its picture taken ANYWHERE in America as a memento of its American adventure!

About This Item

This is a small green toy car that I have had since early childhood. About 11.5cm long and 4.5cm wide, this wee toy car hopes to travel to America!

    At the Branford Land Trust, geocache #1. The hiking trails surround a working quarry which is always fun to look at. This little guy will soon be taking a real road trip...south to the state of Virginia, complements of a friend.

    • At the Stony Creek Quarry. Stony Creek is known for its beautiful pink granite. It has been used in projects all across the USA, including the base of the Statue of Liberty and the Smithsonian Museum down in Washington DC, among others. This view is just outside the actual quarry operation and is typical of a quarry area with huge boulders lying about.
