Found this racer taking a pit stop at the Chesterfield library (GCF5CE Bibliocache). Chesterfield is on the northern skirts of the greater Detroit Area. Will attempt to drop it closer to Hockey Town in the next few weeks.

Found this in "Chimichanga" in Daphne. Not sure how it got there since it wasn't in the inventory. However, you may have hit the jackpot since I have to travel to The Motor City in the near future. Will move it on.
