Bob wants to see the world. He is a lovable, intelligent, little moose who likes people. He eats a lot of junk food (just like children.) Feed him well. He likes to read about interesting places that he can someday visit. Thus his favorite subject is reading.
Bob, the little brown Moose, is the travel bug of the KoolKids. (The fourth grade students of CtK School.)

Hi Fuzzy
We had a quick swim in the Pacific and watched surfers before we left the coast. Nawty took the day off so we drove without stops through a pass in the snow-topped mountains, through the Mojave desert and arrived in Nevada. We are spending a couple of days in the Las Vegas area.

Hi Fuzzy
We toured LA LA land today on this beautiful southern California sunny day - Hollywood, Burbank, Beverly Hills and these Tar Pits. A 2 hour drive turned into a 3 hour drive due to the incredible amount of LA traffic - and then we had the same heading back. Still did not have a swim in the ocean. It is schedules for tomorrow morning.

Hi Fuzzy
Today we did a long hike in Border Field State Park. This was the most southwesterly point on our tour. You can see Mexico and the Pacific Ocean from this vantage point. We had a nice chat with a border control officer and watched custom agents train their dogs to sniff out contraband. The mesa also had a great view of San Diego.
We then went into Balboa Park in San Diego. There are so many interesting museums and gardens in this huge park.
I'm afraid we just did not have time to surf or swim in the ocean yet, maybe tomorrow.

Hi Bob and Isquba and Nawty,
Disneyland!!!! I want to go there too. Sounds like you had fun! Haunted Mansions? Were you scared? Was Goofy goofy?
Did you see your relatives (other mooses) at the San Diego Zoo? Have you gone surfing in the ocean? Is it warm? It is cool and rainy today. I'd rather be with you on the beach sunbathing.
Where are you headed to next? Wherever you go, don't have too much fun without me.
Bye for now,
Fuzzy

Hi Fuzzy
We went to Disneyland today. I saw Mickey Mouse climb a mountain and Goofy in Frontierland and Cinderalla at the castle - WOW, it was sooo coool. We went on Space Mountain and rode through the stars in the dark really really fast and scary - I loved it. We then did something less fast be scary in a different way when we visited the Haunted Mansion. We did some other rides and then saw a film about the 50th anniversary of Disneyland. You can see (and copy) pictures in Isquba Mini Me's (TBJZD7) log.
