Discovered at KateBum's event Bermuda Meets Cologne; interesting to now know the story of this rare geocoin released by one of the very first geocachers who is among those who runs the site geocaching.com.
Its details are intricate and it has a moving compass-like mechanism. WOW! It is amazing! Kate Bum is very lucky to have come by it... as I was told at the event it is not available on the market and can only be obtained as a gift from Moun10Bike or found by chance in a geocache...
I have 9 trackables, none of them fancy like this one! My Narwhal and Puppy dog trackable have by far traveled the furthest, while my butterfly is still where I placed it nearly a year ago in North Carolina...
Most of my trackables are right now stuck in the United States... but hopefully soon they will be discovered and go onward to travel in much more exciting places! And also, I sincerely hope floods don't cause them to go MIA...
Anyways, many thanks to KateBum for sharing this geocaching rarity with me at the event (Bermuda Meets Cologne).
