Happy 100th Anniversary Girl Guides of Canada! Girl Guides of Canada-Guides du Canada enables girls to be confident, resourceful, courageous and to make a difference in the world. On April 10 (100th day of the year) during the years 2010 through 2012, our World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts will have activities themed to Plant, Grow and Share. In April 2010, we launch our Geocoin in hopes that our Units will take part in a unique initiative “planting” these treasures for others to seek, hide and move all over the world.
The 157 Guide udit from Winnipeg Manitoba Canada will release this coin in Switzerland at Our Chalet in May 2011 during an adult Guider trip to this World Centre.
