About This Item

10 Years

Paper Geocoin with dates May 3, 2000 to May 3, 2010

Since TB's and Geocoins are designed to Travel, Please only put me in a Traditional Cache. Most Cachers that are just passing through an area don't take the time to search for Multiple or Puzzle Caches. The Cachers that are just passing through are the cachers that we want to attract to this Trackable.

Thank You,
~WCD

I was out geocahing this weekend and visited this Park that used to be a Boy Scout Camp when I was a Scout living in Racine back in the 1970s. I dropped a couple of trackables in Cache: GC17H0R with a note, to please give me until 3/27 or 3/28 to log my drop. But I guess that didn't matter to someone. I'm sorry it didn't get the miles on it. Thanks again for sharing it with us.

I picked up your GC COPY today on a run ro the Wausau area. I will move it along soon. Thanks for sharing it with us. I've only been geocaching just over 2 years. I remember one time maybe 6 or 7 years ago we had the Troop out to Saddle Mound working on Hiking and Orienteering MBs and one of the boys found a container he was going to pick it up and take it with us when we opened it up and found out it was a geocache. We put it right back and left it there as it was. I never gave geocaching another thought until one day one of my coworkers (2nd time around) at work started doing it and said I should be doing it, since since I was scout leader and all. I asked my wife for a GPSr and I got it for Christmas 2008, by Christmas 2009 I had logged over 1300 caches and a monster was created. I hike, bike, canoe, CC ski, snowshoe, I even cached with a bus load of cachers one day...that was fun. Too bad I didn't know about this 10 years ago...
